The new and improved Land Titles Online application is here
You’ll see some changes the next time you go to search Manitoba’s land titles records. Beginning June 29, we have consolidated all of Manitoba’s online land titles search systems into one application: Land Titles Online. You can access Land Titles Online at https://www.tprmb.ca/tol/. This is the same URL as the old application so you won’t have to change your bookmarks. Regular users may need to refresh the page (or CTRL + F5) to see the changes.
Land Titles Online combines the functionality of the former Documents Online, Survey Plans Online and Titles Online applications into one comprehensive land titles search application.
Because of the changes, you can now:
- Access Land Titles Online at any time (24/7 availability)
- More easily search for the plan associated with a title or find titles associated with a plan
- Log in to just one application to do all you land titles searches
- Title search by section township range, refined to the quarter section
- Search by all titles affected by a condo plan without individual searches by unit number
- Order a Record of Title online
- Order paper copies of documents and plans
- View account statements and manage users without having to log in to a separate application (firm and account administrators)
