Cela comprend la valeur de tous les immeubles ou toutes les am\u00e9liorations situ\u00e9s sur le bien-fonds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #55556b;\"><strong>Valeur transmise:\u00a0<\/strong>Si la totalit\u00e9 d\u2019un int\u00e9r\u00eat est transmise, ins\u00e9rez la juste valeur marchande. Si seulement une partie de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat est transmise, ins\u00e9rez la valeur de cette partie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #55556b;\"><strong>Fraction d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat: <\/strong> La fraction d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sera d\u00e9termin\u00e9e automatiquement par la juste valeur marchande et la valeur transmise et elle sert \u00e0 calculer la taxe sur les transferts fonciers \u00e0 payer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #55556b;\"><strong>Taxe sur les mutations de bien-fonds: <\/strong>N\u2019inclut pas les droits aff\u00e9rents.
